Congressman David McKinley stopped by St. Joseph Recovery Center in Parkersburg to discuss the opioid crisis in West Virginia.

St. Joseph Recovery Center opened back in May.

Congressman McKinley wanted to find out if the program is doing anything differently than other programs and if they are successful.

"What do we need to do about mental health to be able to help out on something like this because this is a disease, a sickness and I think we can work on it," said Congressman McKinley.
